At Buddy Guard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in it's original packaging
- Have all original tags attached
- Include a proof of purchase
⚠️ Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@beautynaya.com.
Include the following:
- Your order Number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
If your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
All returns must be shipped by mail.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A £4.99 processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing.
Exchanges
We also accept exchange requests.
If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original one by following the steps above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
💡 Note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Beauty or personal care items
- Hazardous or flammable goods
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Items must still meet the conditions outlined above.
The £4.99 return fee applies unless the product is defective or incorrect.
